We like to form a stable raiding enviorment for everyone to enjoy and for this to happen we need to set pretty high standards on our trials.

Our raid days will be monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and sunday. 19.00 - 23.30 SERVER TIME Friday and saturday are get drunk/slack days or (when we have a large enough player base) 10 man HM days.

So what do we expect from you?


POINTERS:

• You can take critisism in a good way from members and leaders, learn from it and never let it happen again.

• You are at the raiding instance before invites.

• During raids you dont go long-time AFK nor slacking on corpse running / get ready for next try, we aim for a more active flawless kind of raiding, no downtime.

• You got BiS Enchants/Gems/Talents/Buff Professions etc

• You aim to max your character by any means, if this means farming exalted with something quickly to gain progress... you will do so.

• Insane Strength Potion,Speed,Destruction pots etc.. These kind of pots are mandatory by everyone when we go for Hardmodes, you got enough for wipes.

• You will have to sit out now and then depending on setup vs encounter

• Outstanding personal peformance

• A microphone IS a requirement, we dont ask for you to talk nonstop on vent or distract too much, but some vital information can't be comunicated fast enough by writing.

We only want people that think all these pointers are obvious, none of these requirements are hard to come by, and if you fail at it... ur not the ideal raiding material, and we cant really use you.

Ofcourse you will have expectations of us as well. Do not be afraid to voice your opinion. Everything should be open to discussion, but also realize that not everything is possible.
