I smell slack *sniff sniff*
Mining, your not the first one, but as in the Read this, we require Professions that benefits in a raid. Mining/herbing is good altprofs.
A few gems not fully upgraded to epic aswell (flexing with unbuffed mana is pewpew)
And while 250mana might be more than 10stats, 10stats is usually the prefered coise, but thats just a tip.

And Decide between spellpower and int, you have 16int on bracers (vs 30sp), and 63spellpower (vs 30int)
The differance between those is really 16int vs 30sp or 15int vs 31.5sp. Most go for eather spellpower on both, or int on both, depending on your playstyle.
Ever tried the 51/17/3 specc? I cant say enough how good Divine guardian is in a raidsituation.
Divinity glyph is a decent choise, and like an extra manapot ( a bit one ) but LoH is usually best suited as an emergency save. But also depends on how your playing.
You come highly reccomended, so try and sort a few small details.

Still see the slack there, but very understandable since you havnt been sure if you would be raiding seriously or not again.
Sort the slack, fix your prof, and whisper any officer when they are online for an invite asap ^^
